Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg

For 3 years I have been living and teaching at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg Ashram (yoga center) in Germany. It is the largest ashram outside of India. I taught:

  • Yoga and pranayama (breathing exercise) classes for beginners and advanced practioners
  • Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra workshops
  • Yoga and meditation holiday weeks for newcomers
  • Seminars for advanced yogis and yoga teachers
  • Hatha yoga for the becoming yoga teachers
