1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 pm PST ship within 2 to 4 days. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

2. HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?

We use Aftership.com for all international shipments.

Our Standard international shipping method is similar to postal shipping. Aftership.com handles your order from picking up the package at our warehouse until it arrives to your country. Once the order reaches your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not Aftership.com. Average total transit time is 1- 3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that your local post is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if your post office is unable to make a delivery to the shipping address provided.

3. WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?

Any international orders processed using Standard or Standard Plus shipping methods may incur customs and additional fees.  Because of this, we include a note in the shipping step of checkout letting you know that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. We know that the customs office is not a fun place, but we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of your goods. Otherwise, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not to YOGARNA. Since we do not have control over the customs authorities in your country and since fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties and taxes, and how to avoid them. Most countries allow up to a certain value of good into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
